Villa Verdi
Villa Verdi is a 57-unit apartment complex located at 20 Jervis Street, Hamilton. This barrier free building was completed in 1990 and was constructed with architectural block. The project was built in cooperation with the Ontario March of Dimes, who provides 24-hour care services to 24 physically challenged residents. The unit composition is as follows: 20 one-bedroom modified units, 8 two-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom modified units. Amenity space includes a social room, activity room and laundry facilities.
