How to Become a Member
If you wish to become a member at Trieste Lodge #4 please complete this application form and send it to us by mail, or drop it off at our monthly meeting. Please put to the attention of the Administrative Sectretary.
All applications must be sponsored by an active member and accompanied by a cheque, in the amount of $60 payable to the Sons of Italy.
